Antibiotics are chemical compound which fight against bacterial infection and KILLS or SLOWS DOWN the growth of bacteria.
Antibiotic are two types- Bactericidal that kills infecting organism
Bacteriostatic that slows down infecting organism from multiplying
Antibiotics target microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi and parasites. However, they are not effective against viruses.The first antibiotic discovered was Penicillin If antibiotics are overused or used incorrectly there is a chance that the bacteria will become resistant - the antibiotic becomes less effective against that particular type of bacterium.

Stomach upset
Vomiting
Allergic reaction
