Saying "they arent good" isnt stupid, its reality.
Try lowering your calories and exercising. Taking a diet pill only gives you temporary results and you WILL gain all the weight back.
If you insist on a diet pill, try Avesil.

All diet pills are the same in a few respects. None of them make you any healthier or help you lose weight. I prescribe propper diet and exersice

Only one has FDA approval and that is Alli. You still have to follow their guidelines re diet and exercise. Pharmacies sell it, do not buy online as there is a warning about counterfeit alli being sold this way.
