Laptops it depends on what you need how much proccesor power you need but do you do hardcore video editing hardcore video gaming or just the simple stuff which is surf the web just YouTube watching there's a bunch of laptops out there make sure it meets your needs around the budget your on . for phones check the new nokia for windows 8 mobiles ....
