How would an Irish and a Southern English person pronounce "Helena"?

By Irish I mean from the Republic; by Southern English I mean individuals who speak with an RP accent.

Which one of them would pronounce it as HELL-en-a?

Which one of them would pronounce it as Hel-LANE-a?

Update:

Does Heleena = Hel-LANE-na?

Heleena is not the same as Hel-lane-a. And Hel-lane-a is foreign sounding [neither Irish nor English] - like Helene = Elaine

Hell- eena is pronounced to rhyme with been, keen, lean

NO heleena doesn't = hel lane na.....

Hell-lee-na is how almost all Irish people I know would pronounce it. One of my closest friends is a Helena.

Have lived in Dublin and Galway.

I'm southern English and I would naturally say Helen-a, but then it depends on the person's preference because I know a Helena who I would call Hel-lane-a because that's what her name is 'meant' to be.
