I saw the Japanese coach hold a wad of US$100 bills while filing the appeal during the Gymnastics meet to night. Just how much does it cost to file the appeal?

I am not sure of the actually filing fee. Because I don't think it is the same for every Olympic sport. But, the key factor is.
1. If they accept your appeal, then your app fee is returned to you.
2. If it is denied/rejected. Then they keep the fee.

I am no expert.But an Indian Boxer lost a controversial bout yesterday.So Indian Sports Minister tweeted that India is going to appeal and he mentioned about a requisite of $500 to formally lodge it
So ,I think it should be 500US$.

His lost twelve months? You recommend like age thirteen to 29 or something? maybe some Iron Chef and a few brewery magic....and swimming. He ought to cheat at swimming and in simple terms run on the water.
