problem with yahoo mail?

I'm having the same issue here....bye-bye yahoo--hello gmail!

This is because Yahoo email is now officially worse, and the idiots at Yahoo want to make sure people really understand this before they accept the new terms. I for one am finally going to leave Yahoo. This is a total invasion of privacy.

Oh yeah, and the only reason I used to go read any of the crap articles on the yahoo home page, or any yahoo content for that matter was because I was checking my email. Im certain i am not alone here ( plus this if you agree) and just noticed another post about this problem that was deleted by Yahoo because some one posted to Yahoo Answers " how do I delete my Yahoo email?"

Yahoo execs have been making bad decisions for years now, but for me this is the icing on the cake.

The only solution I see to your problem.. which is also the same problem I am having.. is complete Yahoo email EXODUS. See Ya Yahoo.. you suck!

Having the same problem and I was already logged in and working with my email when the page stopped refreshing. Apparently, Yahoo is now pushing another big-brother type of 'spyware' on us, under the guise of improving our experience.

I'm trying to reject it and see what happens, but when I do, the page is goes to says "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".

There is no way that I'll accept them intruding into my personal email space to find an even more devious way to "advertise" to me...

The worst part about this is that I have my business domain through Yahoo and my personal account is linked - there's nothing that you can do to keep them separate. So, I can't even access my paid email service without accepting the nonsense that Yahoo is springing on it's free-service customers.

I tried to read the new terms, nothing came up, timed out. I am not agreeing to anything until I can read what I am agreeing to. I have enjoyed using Yahoo mail for the past 15 years, but if they start pulling the typical corporate data mining b.s., I will not agree to those terms and switch to using my Gmail account exclusively.

Yahoo, do not make another blunder! Yahoo mail is the ONLY reason I use yahoo.

I am so sick of yahoo they charged my account for small business after I closed it then have the nerve to say it was not canceled that's why they charged me an now they won't give me my money back an giving me nothing but hassle so do not give yahoo ur bank card or paypal info. Also my yahoo mail is always slow an it's difficult to handle un organized an I am switching to gmail or hotmail F this! Also it won't let me change my real name so senders can't see it so I'm done with yahoo!

I got a bunch of text messages and emails form friends telling me i was hacked. I logged into my yahoo account and sure enough some hacker sent an email with a virus to every single contact of mine. When i tried changing the password, yahoo mail wouldn't load anymore. I thought i was screwed and hacked out of my account.

I guess it was just a coincident that yahoo in general is down at the same time my account was hacked. Unless the hacking of my account is part of a bigger problem and the outage is connected to it?!

I've had my Yahoo email since 1996 and I gotta say I am SO SICK of how yahoo is getting worse and worse! My email inbox loads SO SLOWLY, it randomly locks up for 20-60 seconds, when I'm typing it skips/misses letters CONSTANTLY! Sometimes missing entire words! I've had to go back and fix about every 3-4 words just typing this paragraph. If I want to type an email now, I have to open up notepad and type it there, then cut/paste it to yahoo because otherwise I'll have to constantly stop and fix every 2-3 words I try to type and I'm SICK of it. WHAT IS GOING ON???

Same problem with Yahoo Italy. I can't access my account (and Answers Italy is not working properly). Anyway, why should I accept the new terms? I liked Yahoo mail as it was.

Ever since they changed the format to each day e-mails, I delete them on the day I am reading them, then they show up under Yesterday like I never deleted them. I now have over 300 e-mails taking up space and no matter how many times I delete them, they seem to show up in different days like Last Week. Any ideas how I can go back to the old system of deleting them and they are gone to Trash?

I too had the same problem. After appearing it for few times repeatedly, then the yahoo mail crashed (or did not get connected). Wondering whether it is a virus built into the yahoo. Cannot log in. I had to re-boot it again.

I've been on the fence about transferring everything over to google because it will be time consuming. For me this is the kicker. They have no respect for my privacy, and have messed up so badly that I can't even access my mail. I am discontinuing ALL YAHOO SERVICES. Good bye yahoo. You suck.
