anyone having trouble accessing y/a?

Here is what I did, by using Google Chrome, I logged in using the normal window. When I could not get pass the "accept" screen, I then used incognito window to log into the same account, and the "accept screen did not appear. Next, I went back to the normal window, and I clicked on accept. The window did not pop up after that.

Same problem here in Sweden. But don't expect any notifications from Yahoo.

No, you just need to worry about responding to peoples actual posted questions and stop being a busy body and responding and posting to peoples responses to questions.

Yea.....whenever I search anything it says "something has gone wrong" with a red triangle. I wonder why...
