I've always used white vinegar. Not sure of exact measurements, but you take a clean spray bottle, put in white vinegar, a little water and some baking soda, shake and spray. Might want to test some areas, such as carpeting, before you use it to make sure it is colorfast. My mom had an expensive wool suit she bought secondhand and it reeked of B.O. She tried Febreeze, Lysol, dry cleaning - nothing got the smell out until I had her try the white vinegar. It worked and didn't hurt the suit's lining.
