It would be good to edit your question please, like:

Whell, it's how it works ad the firm. When you could pay emidietly with PayPal, you should have it very fast the downloadlink by Emaill. You will get it when they have reseved the payment, than they will send you a downloadlink, luckly one with a redownloadlink when lost or so.
When you orderd a download and no CD/DVD, you should take contact with the firm costumercare and ask them what's going on, they might give you the answer you need.
Create a different map ad your Emaill acount with the name for instance 'Orders' or something like it, and pleace it there. I do this with licensekeys to, never get lost and never have to look long for finding it.
