STRETCH!! Salt baths! Basically the reason why you are sore is because of anaerobic respiration, this is where you are not utilising oxygen! Therefore Latic acid is building up in your muscles! So you need to stretch before and after, and I mean properly stretch and maybe elevate the muscles afterwards! Try not to fatigue yourself too much... But yeah stretching is prevention, but if you do start to ache, salt baths are relaxing and tend to ease it more! You can buy bath salt from any supermarket, and you can get some quite nice ones like, lavender and all that jazz!xx

If none of those methods work, you could try icy hot? Its a cream. If that doesnt work, you'll get used to it, trust me. I did insanity, and I was incredibly sore for a while, but eventually my body got used to it and I wasnt sore anymore. Same thing with every other workout I have done.

It's good that your body is sore after gym, means you have well and truly exercised and you will build muscle that way. Try using aloe Vera cream for aches or something :P

when your body gets sore, this means that you have worked your muscles,so they need time to recuperate, get bigger and to make you more toned !so work a group of muscles one day, and another group the next day so you dont work a certain area over and over again, this could really damage your muscles. anyway, i think you know this.

it's normal to have sore muscles, but after a workout, it's always best to restore energy by eating protein :)
