As your grandma`s kidney function is only 10% working so it stepped into the chronic kidney disease stage 5. It sounds serious , I don't think transplant is a good way to sovle your grandma's kidney problem ,because it will need a large amount of immunosuppressant to avoid rejection ,but these medicine is very expensive , besides,they have a lot of side effects which are very bad to her body.it is hopeful to improve the kidney function through chinese medicine ,needless of transplant ,you can try it,best wishes!!!
