Tips on growing nails? 10 points!?

If your using the growth solution then that's great ! If your other nails are not growing then stop applying the solution to the ones that are growing (for instance your thumbs) and apply it more often on the other fingers. Try not to mess with your nails to much . Also try using the strengthening solution too.

I would say use Sally Hensen's Hard as Nails Nail hardener in additon to what you're using now. also invest $10 into a simple manicure kit which will typically include a cuticle pusher and cutter, a nail file, nail scissors, finger and toenail clippers. Just every 2 weeks push the cuticle back and gently cut away. This will speed the process up a little bit

Take nutrition every day! Theres a vitamin known as hair epidermis and nails. Biotin is what's in charge for nail growth so take a vitamin that has that. Consume lots of veggies and drink a lot of water!

I just started taking these vitamins I got at walmart, that are suppose to help your hair grow and your nails, anyway I have noticed a big difference in my nails and in a week they grew about a haft of inch longer.

the stuff i used use clear nail polish and paint your nails every day and some thing that realy works clean out your nails and get some cloves of garlick and cut them open and rub them all over you nails and after while they will grow i hope this helps !!!!!

go get high dose "Biotin" from walmart (they are vitamins) your nail growth rate will double.
