FBI malware or virus removal help?

So many people misinformed on the subject suggesting download this or that to get rid of these viruses yet none will work... Right??

What you have is called a trojan dropper "Rogue App" these things can be annoying if you're not familiar with how they work, but they are easy to get rid of and only takes a matter of minutes and doesn't require any sort of scan or download.

1st Identify the "Rogue App" they'll give them names yours might be FBI_Blah.exe you can determine its name by opening up task manager and locating the process or even looking at the app

itself.

2nd Google the name followed by two words registry keys. for example FBI_Blah registry keys

3rd Once you've found a site usually its within the top 5 results listing the keys. you can now begin removing them manually using regedit.

4th Reboot after navigating regedit and removing the keys it created.

problem solved.

I feel sure this is a fake message : I would suggest you perform a system restore to a date before the pop-up appeared and see if this resolves your issues.
