why can people get away with food fraud?

I know people abusing the law but the hot line never answers. Is it true once your in the system they never run checks on you.

    Do you mean food stamps fraud? Try filing a complaint online if you suspect abuse. And no, it's not true that once you're in the system, they never run checks on you. Quite the contrary.
