Even after 7-8 hours of sleep I go to sleep during the day for around 6 hours. Any tips?

Like I will go to sleep at 9 pm, wake up at 4am.

Then I will stay up for about 5-6 hours and then go back to sleep, and end up sleeping until 4 pm.

It's super annoying, I am always so tired during the day and all I can think about is how many hours I have left until bed time.

Now I might have trouble going to sleep at 9pm because I slept so much today.... I will be forcing myself to sleep though because I cannot ruin my sleep schedule.

    if he/she is snoozing that long throughout the time of the day that in the time of all threat is the clarification at the back of him not snoozing throughout the time of the night. perhaps wake toddler up from nap after 2-3 hrs and enable him do a an interest like swimming or enjoying exterior in the solar an hour or 2 in the previous mattress and perchance it is going to positioned on him out adequate that he can sleep throughout the time of the night desire its of a few help
