What format for cellphone ringtones?

I'd like to import some music from my computer to my cellphone. What format should this music be in to work properly on my phone?

    Depends on the phone and it's operating system.

    Most phones support mp3. somce systems, like Android, support OGG and other formats as well.

    Look up your device on this site and check the specs. That will tell you what you can use:
