Soccer try outs start in 2 weeks and I'm not in shape HELP?
I start high school soccer try outs in 2 weeks which consists of 2, 3 hour sessions a day for 5 days. Right now I'm not in shape at all and I haven't trained or conditioned the way I should have. In addition, I've been eating horribly... What can I do to prepare in 2 weeks to get in better shape? I am willing to spend every day training. HELP!

Do 3 sets of 10 push ups each night then work your way up and up and do a sprint jog alternation 2 mile run each day then eat nutritious healthy foods then do heaps of sit ups and practice your skills with a soccer ball for ages and then to top it off get heaps of sleep hope I could help
