Went to Warped Tour on the fourth. It was really hot and I spent a lot of time in the water. I was stupid and didn't wear socks and didn't take my shoes off. I got athletes foot from it, which I deserve, but it's unbearable! I have tried three differbt types of antifugle and athletes foot medicine. I have also done the vinegar and salt soak which worked the best. But the itching is driving me nuts!! How log will this last with proper care? Is there anything I can do to relieve the itching? I can't even sleep it's so bad.

mine only lasted 1/2 an hour when i put ice against it try that but different things work for different people and this was a few years ago.
