Do Quacker oats' Cookies Really Help in Losing Weight?
So I've been trying Quacker's cookies a few days back, and I found something amazing: it makes me feel full! Well, not full, but I don't really feel like eating after 6 cookies, and I can actually skip meals. I haven't tried the bars yet, but I heard it gives the same result. So I want to ask, if I skip my meal and survive on their bars and cookies and probably oatmeal for a few weeks, do you think I can lose a few kilos? Or will I gain weight instead?
I'm 50 kilos and around 164 cm tall. I don't think i'm fat, but I just want to lose 3 kilos for our class trip to the beach. So do you think going on with that diet will cut me 3 kilos in 3 weeks?
Just some info, by 6 cookies I didn't mean 6 packages, just 6 pieces.
