How to do slower kegels?

I've been practicing doing kegel exercises and i can do very quick and strong kegels but they last for no longer than 3 seconds and i have a lot of trouble doing any longer than 3 second. Any tips on how to practice doing slow kegels (about 5+ sec kegels)?

    When you are peeing, stop your flow, count to five, then release. If you can't hold it for 5 seconds, try for four. As long as you keep doing your kegals you will eventually learn to hold it. Do them 100 x 2 x day. In no time you will have strenghened the muscle enough. It's just like any other muscle, it strengthens over time with conditioning exercises.
