Contact Honda. Have your car towed to a qualified Honda repair shop. If you want the work done correctly ie: you want the car to actually run you'll need it done by qualified people. That 'thing' is an anti-theft device. Honda's have a security device as do many other newer cars..(.as well as GPS tracking systems.) If you foul up one electrical system you may never get the wiring figured out. Your insurance is predicated on all of that being in good operating order ON the vehicle. It does not allow the car to start/run unless/until the vehicle goes into Honda and gets reset/repaired. Are you SURE the battery was the problem to begin with or had the anti-theft device kicked in for some reason?

Probably whilst you let something take a seat and it works it means that it is having to chill down before it will . It maybe a sensor, although it would even be electrical - todays engines are manner too high-tech, and have far more electronics on them than imperative. All it could take is one circuit board with a crack in a trace or anything. Lamentably the one factor you can do is preserve looking until you to find the situation. The wreck could have done whatever to it - but when the car is lower than two years historical - you should still have a guarantee. Simply take the auto to them and tell them to repair it.
