Wouldn't IRS be prosecuting Romney is there were any real problem with his tax returns?
Since every President uses the IRS for political purposes, don't you suppose the Obama Administration has had a look at all Romney's tax returns and if there had been any serious problem with them, would be prosecuting him criminally?

There you go again... Injecting logic into another liberal talking point.
"I can see Russia from my house!" With this ilk, fact and logic are not necessary. All they need is a sound bite from a comedian. A rumor, "Romney is a felon."

If there were a problem with his taxes that covered 10 years, the IRS would have noticed it by now. Not even the President can see Romney's tax returns or anyone's tax returns without showing a valid need to see them.

Indeed. Those who've never been Audited, spew such garbage.
The IRS goes over your return every year.
Interesting how the 47% (in this Country) that pay no income tax. say they pay taxes everyday on what they buy. So does everyone else, so you're not special.
Yet somehow they use this hyped-up, horrible penance as a deduction for themselves, but it is not allowed for anyone else to use.
Have to love the hypocrisy of the left. No wonder it appeals to greedy (yet lazy) idiots.
2 + 2 = 5
They have nothing but "he said/she said" NOISE. If they had something they'd use it.
Source(s): People on SSDI, SSI, Medicare, Medicaid, SS, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workmans Compensation, Rent/Utility Assistance (others too numerous to mention, (Research/Educational Grants), pay no tax for as long as they're on it. Didn't you know, or didn't you want to remember? Unemployment & Alimony is taxable. - hiztreebuffLv 79 years ago
Yes, you are absolutely correct. Even crazy ol' Harry Reid has never claimed that Romney did anything illegal. The problem is that folks like Romney have a troop of lawyers and tax accountants that insure
he (legally) never has to pay tax on income that has been sheltered.

In this political climate, they would be all over him in a flash.
I love all the self righteous folks here that bash Romney (or any other NON- Liberal) for taking advantage of LEGAL tax deductions. What do you suppose the chances are that George Soros takes advantage of every deduction he can find?
If I had any money worth worrying about I'd take them myself. And every last one of these whiners would do the same.

Aw...When you consider that you`ve evidently and most fortunately kept away from the thought-Police, the worst that would occur`d be a light Warning. Ship any residual I.R.S. Of course they would and also if there were anything wrong, Barack Obama would have pulled some sort of string to get copies of them. That is the tactic he has used in every election he has run. There is nothing Obama won't stoop to.

The "problem" is a political one rather than a legal one. If, as Reid's informant says, Romney paid zero federal income taxes over a ten year period, that's going to be a political problem for him, considering he is planning changes to the tax code that will give him an $80 million tax break.

Furthermore, with all of his resources and access to the best accountants in the land, do you think Romney and his financial advisors are going to do anything stupid enough to get themselves in trouble?
I'm sure he takes full advantage of all legal deductions. I would expect anyone to do that. But anything illegal? Be serious.

The IRS would be all over Romney like "stink on siht" if they even suspected he didn't pay his taxes...Harry Reid LIES, just like Obama...
