If you have just finished writing a long email its very inconvenient if you have to turn off the computer and lose everything.
Can please tell e what to do in the without getting too technical because then I will not understand what you are talking about.

The cry of every IT guy seems to be to restart your computer, the other option is always just to wait it out but that has no guarantees. If it is becoming a huge issue replacing it might be a good option with fairly fast computers becoming more affordable should money be an issue... Hope this helped...
