LED Spotlight vs CFL Tornado for aquatic plant?

I wanted to know, which one is better between LED spotlight vs Tornado CFL that available in the market for aquatic plant?

LED spotlight is available 3x1 watt PAR 16

CFL Tornado is available in wide range of wattage

I have 50cm wide, 30cm long and 25cm high aquarium. I think I'm gonna use LED spotlight about 6 of them. My reason is because it doesn't take much space, wattage, heat as CFL, also the fixture is more durable, but I'm not sure if it will be better than CFL light which is already tested for aquascape. If possible I wanted to get more detailed answer of comparing and sorry for bad English.

Thankyou for answer.

LED bulbs offer enormous electricity consumption reductions, but suffer from one problem - the light from an LED is very directional and so (at present) they are most suited to be used exclusively as spot lights. If you want to use LED spotlights for general room lighting, it is usually best to leave some halogen bulbs in the circuit to ensure overall light levels in the room are maintained.
