A couple of weeks more or less. Your manager will throw you into some low level stuff but you need to take some initiative on your own and take a sanitation and safety course. I took a course in college and it was about 45 hours or you can just study for the test and take it to become certified.

my first job was in a grocery store when i was 16. it took about 2 month until one of the managers explained to me that im actually assigned a certain job every shift. till then i just wandered around the store and thought my job was just to make sure everything was running smoothly

1) They must select the right person
