I can't fall asleep at night! I'm never tired. ?
I tell myself I will go to bed at 12 cause I have a doctor appointment in the morning. I even set an alarm clock to remind me to go to bed. But i get distracted my instagram, yahoo answers, facebook, pandora, youtube. Then it is 1:30 and i say "Okay i will go to bed before 2 or at 2" but then i get distracted. Then I closed my eyes with Beatles music on and then I was like "I wonder if someone answered my question" and i get on yahoo answers and i cant go to bed! i'm not tired!

Try taking the natural supplement Melatonin. It helps restless minds and helps people fall asleep. It non-habit forming and you can take it multiple times in the night if you wake up.

This is an addiction problem, don't use your computer late at night. Sleeping with music is not a good idea unless nothing else work. To feel tired at night workout during the day and eat something before going to bed. Then forget about the virtual world, tell yourself that whatever happens online it will be there tomorrow!

Ahahaha! That's just like what I do.
You should take note of approx. what time you go to bed every day, then force yourself to go to sleep like, 15 minutes earlier the next night. Then, 15 mins earlier, and so on.
Other than that, I have the same problem.
I get so distracted, and I just go on my iPad :-P
