URGENT!!! Is this laptop worth it? Gateway NV59?

I didn't get much help from the last....but anyways. I'm planning to get a Gateway NV59 for $340, but I'm not sure if it's "right" for me. Here's what I know:

RAM: 4GB

Memory: 500 GB

Intel i3

Here are some photos of it,

I'm not a computer person and I have to decide now. So please give me your advice!! THANKS!

Update:

I know it depends. I'm trying to use it for school mainly. Just want to know if it's good, worthy or I can find a better one. I'm still a student, so tight budget.

Theoretically it's a good computer, but I've never been a big fan of gateway computers. A computer with those specs retails for $399.

It really just depends on what you're using it for. If you're just going to be doing regular everyday stuff on it, then that's the perfect thing. But if you're going to be doing stuff like heavy multiplayer gaming on it, then you should probably get one with better specs.
