I could be that the wire of your charger is broken somewhere. So its not connecting every time. Try and wiggle the lead until it starts charging. When its charging, you know where the problem is. Keep the wire in the way it is charging and find something to tape it so it stays in that position.

I am pretty sure that the chances are that your battery has given up its ghost. After two years of regular use, your laptop's battery died and went to battery heavens.
This is because you clearly said " i constantly try to make it work then it starts working for a little ". If the wires inside the cable of the charger were broken or something, then there would be no indication that the battery will charge or even indicate that it is charging, even for a second.
Anyways you can still use the laptop without the battery (you can plug the Adapter directly to the Laptop to use it). Please don't fiddle too much with the adapter connector slot (the hole where you plug in the adapter connector cable) as it breaks very easily.
The only problem with this method is that you may not be able to carry the laptop around with you.
Eventually you will need to buy a new battery if you want to keep using the laptop as before.
When (and if) you get the new battery please make sure that you do not over charge it or keep it connected to the wall outlet forever. This over-charges the batter continuously, decreases its life and eventually kills the battery.

1. Ensure that the power cord and/or AC adapter are plugged into the computer and that the
connection is solid and not loose fitting.
2. Verify that the power cord is plugged into the AC adapter completely.
3. Attempt to use a different electrical outlet.
4. Try with a different latptop to see if the issue still occurs.
Also, you can try remove the battery and charger/ac adapter/power cord from your laptop, press and hold the power button for 20 seconds to discharge any residual current inside the laptop.
Always, the green/blue LED on charger needs to be constantly on without blanking. If not, replace the defective charger. Since battery/ ac adapter has its own lifespan and does not last forever, to help you save up some, you can consider getting a charger under lifetime warranty from store like topmic.com
Good luck.

Shut down , unplug the charger, take out the battery, plug back in the charger does the laptop work, then its the battery it should have a test on top of the battery to see if all led lights comes on meaning the battery is charged and there is another problem, could be the port in which the laptop plugs into the laptop the dc jack ,if not replace the battery it also good to replace the battery and the laptop power cord /charger

Something wrong with the cord. If you have a warranty still they can replace it. Otherwise just search eBay for the same one. Make sure the voltage and brand/make are the same.
