I am gonna have to say no on this one and here is why. When the chargers first reported his injury, rumor said 4-6 weeks. Rumor is now at least 6 weeks which would be week 2-3 of fantasy season before he even has a chance to make it back on the field. It depends on your depth at running back but Matthews over the course of his career has been an injury prone guy, I would stick with Steven Jackson. He has a lot of promise this year and will be a solid 10-15 points a week.
