Can I sue this person for what he did?

Okay so I gave someone a bj and I was 17 when I did that. Apparently he video taped me without my consent and has uploaded the video Idk how long ago he uploaded it. Currently I am 18 and I just want to know if I can take any legal action. I am really internally hurt right now.

If he videotaped you without your consent, in most countries, that would be considered Voyeurism and usually carries a jail sentence.

If you were 17, then the video is classified as "child pornography" EVEN if you had given consent to the recording.

So, let the local police and the FBI deal with him. Going to jail is a lot worst than being sued.

By the way, also check if the guy have any STD; if he was capable of doing what he did, he's is also cable of lying about his medical conditions. Don't be so quick to fall for sweet words.

And then make a big case out of it and possibly lose the court case which would then be published in local newspapers which would then give the video thousands of extra views?? And what law did this man break exactly?? NOT WORTH IT.
