Using Sandpoint as one point in northern Idaho...the average yearly precipitation is 30.6".

The average yearly snowfall is 75.1". Assuming the snowfall melts to between 5" and 7.5" liquid...the average rainfall would be between 23" and 26".

Here's a list of other Idaho cities with climatological information.
