    2.) slope equals rise over run. difference between y values then divided by difference in x values.

    so for slope of points (1,4) and ( 3,10) slope = (10-4) / (3-1) = 6/2 = 3

    Slope can be negative or positive depending on how the math works out.

    We are having (X-3)²+(y+1)²=9.

    Now (X-3)²=9. Find the square root of both sides. So x-3=0=> X=3.

    (y+1)²=9. Square both sides. => y+1=0=> y=-1. The spare root of 9 is 3. So (3, -1), radius 3
