Where can I find CHEAP fenders for a motorcycle?

I have an '83 Honda CM450A. It's got a chrome front fender that I'd like to replace with either (black) plastic or painted steel. JC Whitney used to sell a plastic one for about 14 bucks, but now they're about 40. I'd like to spend 30 or less. I also don't want to paint the one I have in case someone wants to put it back to stock someday, and I don't really care for the shape of it in the first place. The fender itself is about 4 and 1/2 inches wide, with a mounting bracket 5 inches wide. Is there something that will bolt on sorta? I don't care if it's a Kawasaki or Harley or whatever, as long as it looks right and it's CHEAP!

well if it is cheap it will not be made of metal which has any strength, so when you drop it.

it will not save much in fact.

i would expect it to bend, and still make a mess of the chrome parts.

it was meant to be protecting. so get wise you only get what you pay for in this life.

yes i do know what they are supposed to do having had several motorcycles but you are not meant to keep falling of it. or throwing it into the ground.

    Some call 'em 'crash bars'.
