I have created this account on my moms blackberry 9360 and just can't seem to log on to this account on my nokia 5230.Now,when I try to create a new account on my phone,it says that I should text “start to 92500”(this didn't have to be done on my moms phone it was straight forward) anyways when I texted that I didn't receive any feedback.advice would be appreciated

There's no reason why you shouldn't be able to log in on your phone providing the right email and password is used.
Try logging In on the computer before you log in on your phone, or maybe you need to check the emails of the email address you used, as a confirmation link might have been sent there.
