What is the literal translation of the German phrases [doomkauff] and [schwienhoot]?

I heard these phrases now and then in movies and on "Hogan's Heroes" spoken in a derogatory manner. My guess is "dummy!" and "dirty pig!".

    Dummkopf

    dumm = stupid

    Kopf = head

    literally: "stupid head"

    meaning: idiot

    Schweinehund

    Schwein = pig

    Hund = dog

    literally: "pig-dog"

    meaning: swine, bastard

    use as an insult (at least today): extremely rare

    It's dummkopf = dumb head and schweinehund = pig dog.

    Favourites of WWII comics but not in general use in Germany where schweinehund would be as current as cad in English.
