Why people think Usain Bolt is ignorant ?

People don't like that he's over confident. Bolt says things like "I'm a Legend". He thinks he is the best Olympian ever.

I'm a fan of Usain Bolt, because I like that he's confident and seems like a cool guy. I also like sports players that are super competitive.

it's funny how the american media accused ye shiwen and then an carl lewis accused bolt. can't accept the fact that others are getting credit for their achievements.

he backs up his word and blame the media if anything because they always focus on bolt than any others.

No one really thinks Bolt is ignorant... more like cocky and arrogant because he keeps saying he's a legend and #1 in front of the camera.

He does have bragging rights - it's not every day someone sets an almost unbeatable world record in nearly every event they compete in and retain their title 4 years later.

Not ignorant, just arrogant. He showboats before the race and goes way too excessive on his celebrations. He basically tries to bring all the attention onto himself before and after a race with his antics

he got spoiled, but it is not his fault, if you would be fastest in the world and everybody would tell you this 24/7, youd be the same behaviour
