Good grief, buy a punctuation mark.
Every case is reviewed every six months. You just have to tell them about any change in income or employment.

Assuming you are not at a library or another public area or you are paying for Internet out of pocket but you or your spouse need it for work and get a tax break.... (I throw this in because for two years after my husband earned his master's degree, and was in the field in which he earned it, we qualified for Medicaid and we had to buy home Internet which he uses frequently for work. We probalby could qualify for WIC or even food stamps, but do not feel comfortable doing so as we can afford groceries and even an occasional meal out, and are not destitute.)
You can afford Internet but are filling out forms for food stamps?
Not only do I suggest the use of punctuation marks, but a dictionary as well. Free ones (i.e., http://www.m-w.com/ and even http://www.dictionary.com/ ) are available. If you have any questions, perhaps you should contact the government office from where you are applying.
