I want to lose 8-10lbs?
I am 14 dont tell me that my body is still changing and i dont need to lose weight bla bla bla. I just need help losing 8-10 pounds in 8 days before school starts an exorcise program is best my mom wont buy me any kind of special diet food or anything. I eat only wheat bread, snack on grapes, try to eat chicken instead of beef, dont drink soda and i want to start walking but i need more so pls pls pls help me this is way important!

The FASTEST way to lose weight is to eat less food and practically starve yourself. But if you dont want to do that then you should really go jogging outside everyday if you wanna lose weight fast and cut off in ALLLL junk food. You can even go outside with your friends and play some sports like soccer, basketball, swimming, tennis and mannyyy more.

Drop the bread ASAP!!!!!!!! Carbs are bad! Drink fruit smoothie for breakfast then Lettuce with olive oil and vinegar *optional* table spoon of cheese and no bacon bits. Dinner is chicken *the gross kind* with only 1tablespoon of ketchup. And try mustard you can have unlimited amounts of that :D hope this helped!!

Um, you don't just lose 8-10 pounds in a week... just exercise and continue eating the way you do, and that should happen well within a month.
Please don't do anything stupid, I know tons of girls your age who do stupid things to try to lose weight quickly, for no reason.
