how to do my eye makeup like this?

step 1 - medium dark brown eyeshadow,

step 2 - liquid eyeliner for the top, with a little sharp-line end on the edge of eyes to make an illusion of long eyelashes, (cat-like eyes) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6NqXwYBopTg - tutorial

step 3 - eyeliner pencil for the bottom lid/waterline - start the line from half to the outer end of the bottom eyelid,

step 4 - mascara on both top and bottom eyelashes.

It's not a close up photo so it's hard to tell but i guess the girl in the photo is using a reddish brown colored eyeshadow.

you can get one from MAC. their brown eyeshadows are better.

The image is a little light, but from what I see, I would try a nude, light, mocha colored shadow with simple black eyeliner and mascara :)
