    Sure-just hand them the prescription you got from your physician.

    you can buy things like nytol, sominex over the counter in a chemist they will help you sleep in the short term as they are antihistamines that make you drowsy. if it continues then see yr doctor for some prescription ones.

    nyquill and tylenol pm are good at helping you sleep and OTC
