If you are referring to Pell Grant
then to get your full pell grant you will have to be enrolled in 12 credit hours
if you are enrolled in 6 credit hours, then it will be 1/2 of the amount of your Fin Aid for the semester
this would be why it has adjusted down
if you end up enrolled in the other classes, the it should go back up -- contact your Fin Aid office to find out specific details

Employ and utilities are integrated within the schools cost of attendance so you're eligible to take out fiscal help for these gadgets however it mostly will not cover the full amount so looking for some roommates. Also even though that you can have financial help for that quantity there's no guarentee that you're going to have the funds to arrive that amount as the whole lot has a cap amount and in case you don't qualify for the whole thing you will not have the funds.
