How can we be made of mud?

I think we (humans) are made of semen

Can you please explain.

    Adam was made out of mud. And Eve was made from Adam. And we all come from them. The origin was from 'mud'.

    If life started in mud and then evolved to so many creatures, then it explains very indicatively.

    we are all about what we eat, and we eat plants which are created in mud or animals who eat plants in the lowest food chain. all the food is all about plants' conversion of the energy of the Sun
