I think ask your congressman or senator of your state or even get an email to Romney or Ryan
your state guys might be the best unless you don't have any Republicans in your state in congress
they all have email on line just google their names , they often help with things like this
and from the RNC rules
(d) Each state, through its Republican National Committee members, shall beallocated full sets of additional guest passes equal to thirty-three percent (33%) of the totalnumber of delegate and alternate delegate membership for that state, rounded to the nextwhole number
