General tips on emmigration?

Hi everyone i just want to know if anyone has any tips on emigrating to another country within the U.K. im currently living in the U.K. and wonder if anyone has any tips on:

: where to emigrate to i.e. nice areas in either England, Scotland or Wales

: how much to save in advance

: How to go about finding somewhere to live and get a job etc etc

any help would be appreciative guys as i really havent a clue and really do hope one day to pull this off

    You know friend,those states have this economic problem. People there are emigrating to other country just to find a better life. So I deter you not to pursue your plan on emigrating there.
