Yu-Gi-Oh, Possible New Ban List?

Brio was kinda not needed to be banned since its almost all about xyz now, but with those new water monsters coming out, this is probably the way to go. Future fusion is just too broke, basically a foolish burial that can do otk. I like spore and tsukuyomi coming back, that was a nice move. Inzektors are hit pretty badly, but I guess its for better or worse since they top too much. Ultimate offering at 1 is just...it kills gadgets, personally I think having it at 2 is good. Rescue rabbit at 2 is fine. Tour guide at 2 really does not make much of a difference. Most people will probably just put in bus. Heroes just get too much plus off of Hero lives and E-call, so hurting those 2 and giving them a D-hero engine is good. I like mirror force at 2, mirror force is just like TT. PoD is fine at 2. I like how this banlist atleast "kinda" helps the syncrho decks abit, the spore, kalut, and debris dragon will help quite abit. I like the unlimiting, nothing really wrong. Mostly just stalls. I really like E-tele to 3, maybe that will bring physic varient decks out more.

Contrary to most beliefs, Future Fusion isn't the card ban-worthy; what's responsible is Five-Headed and its generic "Five Dragons." Only deck that abuses Future Fusion to such an extent is Dragons.

I agree with most everything in the Limited other than Chaos Sorcer. That card is semi-limit caliber because it'd be unfair to compare that with Envoy.

People are definitely gonna try Tele-Dad again (even though the main card of the deck is limited) because of the Destiny Draw and Emergency Teleport. It'll be like a first month rampage so if you have those already, get rid of them fast.

Other than that, I really can't complain about this, especially after surviving the PREVIOUS list.

I'm very disappointed with this list.

It could have been a lot better, but knowing Konami, they purposely hit the wrong cards.

This has done nothing for the format, except abolish Chaos Dragons, which will now become Lightsworn Dragons.

Rabbit is still broken, Wind-Ups can still loop 4-5 by the end of the year, and Inzektors still have Centipede at 3.

Leviair is what needed to be banned.

Now, 2 tour guides does nothing, 2 earth = more agent plays, 2 mirror force = maindecked starlight roads, 2 duality = card car d maindecked and expensive.

I can see the format being:

Rabbit, Wind-Up (late year), Inzektor (late year), Agents, Six Sams, Lavals and other rogue decks.

At least the format might be a bit more diverse, which is good for the game.

I hate to see brio go, but konami wants xyz, so why not ban every good synchro?

I feel that this list is pretty fair and will definately slow down and change the meta significantly. It gives bws a chance...some debris dragon decks (plants maybe?) and i don't think mirror force at 2 is such a big deal. People we'rent playing it anyways.

d-draw and e-tele at 3 is great. I still don't think teledad will make a comback b/c we only have 2 malicious and of course DaD is still limitted.

Overall, its not such a bad list

No matter what we think, it's not going to change the list. The list is correct, official.

Mirror at two is disappointing. I am sad to see Future Fusion go because it hurts every fusion out there, including the ones from olden days: Meteor B. Dragon. Ultimate Dragon, Mokey Mokey King, Ojama King, Dark Paladin. I am aware that Future Fusion gives power to some decks, but some fusion monsters do need Future Fusion because they can't be played fast enough this format. Oh well. Can't do anything about it.

Spore at 1 is just weird.

New Yugioh Ban List

I like this except 3 things.

1. REDMD at 1.. yes i perfectly understand why this is at 1, but I personally am sad to see this go, i always had a disaster dragon deck, never bothered with this other crap, i preferred the good ol' dragon deck, So this kinda ruins things.

2. Mirror force at 2.. its like TT at 2 just.. too much monster destruction with little drawback, this is why they were limited was it not? -sigh-

3. Stall decks. I can see them coming into play more if they find a way to deal with xyz monsters, never really liked stall decks dragging out the game, but luckily they arnt always so consistant so I am not too worried.

I personally dont like it. But I do agree with it. I run Chaos Dragons. and the hit that it took is difficult. But, I believe that the deck still has possibilities. Given the fact that with my luck i either mill FF or end up drawing it when im out of targets. But I still end up winning. As far as the other decks, they were destined to get smacked hard.

seems legit, although i hope the new banlist will not affect the six samurais that much or will help them a little by at least semi limiting shi en or gateway. i also hope that smoke signal will be put to 3 .
