I have a laptop who's original OS is Vista, and currently running Vista.

My laptop is kinda bad, slow at times. I was wondering if downloading Win7 would make my computer as slow, or even slower / decrease CPU performance.

Back when win7 first came out, i tried to download it, but it messed up my laptop (couldn't do anything), so i had to downgrade it.

If I give an employer my SSN, will I receive less financial aid than if I didn't give my employer my SSN?

My reasoning is this. If the government sees I'm making money, they will give me less financial aid. So I don't want to give my SSN to my employer. Or am I wrong on this?

This is not a question of "should you give your employer your SSN?". This is a question of how financial aid is affected. I don't know the lingo/terminology, or how the process works, so please elaborate.

Side story: I'm a part time worker that's also a full time college student trying to pay for college. My family is not rich, nor upper middle class. At best, we're lower middle class.

Now my computer is pretty slow. I want to make it faster. I use my laptop for screen recording and video editing, as well as playing flash games.

I want to either improve the RAM or the Processor. But I don't know which, I don't have a lot of money so I can only afford to do one of them.

What do you recommend I upgrade, and what kind/brand would you recommend I get? Needs to be affordable and very efficient for the tasks I do. I was thinking about Core 2 Duo.

1) For Mind Shackle 20, the card says

Now if something adds to your roll, and it gets you higher than 20, will Mind Shackle still work?

2) Estivara's ability : Venom Ray Special Attack:

If Estivara inflicts at least 1 wound with Venom Ray Special Attack, roll the 20-sided die for Venom Damage. If you roll a 1-9, the defending figure recieves no additional wounds for Venom Damage. If you roll a 10-19, add 1 additional wound marker to the defending figure's Army Card and roll again for Venom Damage. If you roll a 20, destroy the defending figure."

Does her ability allow you to keep on rolling over again? Or does it only give you 1 extra roll?

So I just got a letter in the mail from the State of Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services saying that when I turn 19, I "no longer qualify for medical benefits as a child". And it says that my benefits will expire at the end of the month.

Is there a way I can continue being under my parent's insurance? Do I write a letter telling them I am still in school, living with parents, and no job or something like that? Please tell me what I have to do to continue being under my parent's care.

I dont know that much about it. My closest friends are always talking about and I sit there not being able to talk about it. The movies thaat Marvel has becoming out with has also sparked my attention.
