Can Public Speaking Speeches be fictional?
I'm doing a speech for a competition and I was wondering if the speech had to present real facts, or could it be more fictional and be more of a story.

Depends what the topic is. Your speech can have a story in it but your speech should have mainly real facts. The story can be used as an example. I hope I helped.
