how to fix a broken laptop Hinge ?

Hello i really need some expert help. The part which Join the Bottom part of the laptop to the screen has broken The plastic I am unable to use my laptop Unless i have something holding it on the back. I don't know how it broke Or what happened. can i use Glue or something so it will hold up? Kindly I ask you to edit your question with the type of laptop you have.

Much easier to find a replacement body for it, or like earlier menchent a secondhand and replace it yourself.

You could try metal glue, epoxy glue or a very good plastic glue.
Trust me, they are more expensive than you think, you will have more skins for it when I'm not mistaken.
Some sell it cheap ad marketplace/ebay/amazon/and so on.

Yo do not say whether the part that's cracked is on the Lid (display) or most important physique. I'd also consider seeking to receive the spares needed (e-Bay or Acer) fee it up in opposition to a brand new pc. I presume you have got already contacted Acer to see if it is a original obstacle? I was actually going to tell you to just sell your laptop. But since this is something you have no control over (you mentioned your mum,) the only way is for you to find a replacement on sites like ebay or laptopaid.com and then have it repaired. Good luck.
