I'm not sure that you can. :( I guess sometimes when you see someone as a friend, they just stay that way. I'm in the same situation right now. I like my best guy friend but he just likes me as a friend. It sucks but maybe you should be grateful for the friendship? I mean I'm just glad that he's my friend. If she doesn't know already that you like her though, maybe try telling her? But if she already knows, then she probably just likes you as a friend.
