Does anyone know how to make ham and cheese tea biscuits like the ones they sell at Tim Hortons?

They're perfect to take on the road and easier to eat than a sandwich.

The Harper government has recently put forth legislation removing the food 'poutine' from the list of Canadian foods that must be sold at Tim Hortons. It has since been replaced with the timbitz. It's a national delicacy. Rumour has it that a poutine timbit may be the next thing introduced.

You can google "Tim Horton's biscuit recipe" and find a few copycat recipes. Just add some bits of cheese(sharp or old cheddar is best) and ham to the dough.
